How do I locate the driver or vehicle?
Once you have completed your booking you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation which also gives instruction for meeting your driver.
Where do I meet my transfer driver?
After collecting your luggage, your driver will be waiting for you at the baggage hall with a greeting sign displaying your name.
What about if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrival times so we will be informed in great deal about your flight, in case there is any change or delayed. Our driver will be waiting for you when you arrive.
What happens if in the unlikely event I cannot find my driver at the airport?
Call our 24 hour emergency number (0034) 609 488 696.
Can I change transfer details after making a booking?
You can change any of the details of your transfer up to 24 hours before arrivals by e-mail.
What extra charges are there on top of the quoted price?
None, all prices are inclusive.
How do I pay for airport transfers?
All transfers fee payments are made to our drivers in Euros cash.
Do I have to pay a booking deposit?
We do not ask for a booking deposit. All we ask from our clients is to their holidays plans which affect the transfers
How can I organise my return transfers?
Reserving return transfers are best done by e-mail at the same time as you book your arrival transfer, to ensure we are fully appraised of the details. However, you can of course also book through the driver on arrival.
Can I have a receipt?
Your e-mail or fax confirmation is your receipt
Does the driver speak English?
All of Gaby Cars Marbella drivers speak English.
What happens if I have loads of luggage, will be enough room for them?
Each passenger has an obligation to inform us of such items by e-mail so that we can make the necessary arrangements. If a larger vehicle is required then an extra charge may be applicable.
